DOCUMENT APPROVAL OF SOCIAL WELFARE STUDY PROGRAM

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Document Authentication at the Social Welfare Study Program, FISIP UMM:

  1. Registration and Document Submission
    Students requiring document authentication must register at the program administration office or online, depending on the applicable policy. The documents to be authenticated should be submitted in printed or digital form as per the prescribed procedure.

  2. Document Completeness Check
    The administrative staff will check the completeness and validity of the submitted documents. The documents must include all necessary details, such as the student's name, student identification number (NIM), and all required information.

  3. Verification by the Academic Department
    After the initial check, the documents will be verified by the academic department to ensure that the information matches the student's academic records. This verification process is crucial to avoid any discrepancies that could affect future administration.

  4. Authentication by the Head of the Study Program or Authorized Personnel
    Once the documents are deemed complete and valid, they are forwarded to the Head of the Study Program or an authorized official for authentication. This authentication typically includes a signature and the official stamp of the study program.

  5. Document Collection
    Students can collect the authenticated documents according to the specified schedule. If the submission was done online, authenticated documents may be picked up at the program office or downloaded in digital format if available.

  6. Archiving
    A copy of the authenticated document will be archived for documentation and future reference purposes. This archiving process follows the standard procedures to maintain the confidentiality and security of the documents.


Documents Authenticated by the Social Welfare Study Program, FISIP UMM:

  1. Certificate of Active Enrollment
    This document certifies that the student is actively enrolled in the Social Welfare Study Program.

  2. Certificate of Graduation
    This document certifies that the student has completed all academic requirements and has officially graduated from the study program.

  3. Provisional Transcript
    This document provides a summary of the student's current grades and can be used for purposes such as scholarship applications or internships.

  4. Research Permit Letter
    This letter is required for students conducting research, whether for their final project (thesis) or other academic projects.

  5. Recommendation Letter
    This letter is issued by the study program to support a student's application for scholarships, internships, or employment.

  6. Transfer Study Certificate
    This document is used when a student applies for a study transfer, either within the university or to another university.

  7. Certificate of Academic Clearance
    This document certifies that the student has completed all academic responsibilities, such as submitting their final project or completing a comprehensive exam.

  8. Study Plan Card (KRS)
    A document listing the courses a student is enrolled in for the current semester, which must be authenticated by the program after the student selects their courses.

  9. Study Result Card (KHS)
    A document containing the student's academic results for a semester, which can also be authenticated for scholarship, job application, or other administrative purposes.
