SDM (HUMAN RESOURCES) SOCIAL WELFARE STUDY PROGRAM

The Social Welfare Study Program has a teaching structure consisting of 15 lecturers including 1 professor, 2 doctors, 2 doctoral candidates, 10 masters (including part-time lecturers), which can be detailed as follows 10 permanent lecturers and 5 part-time lecturers who come from various cross-departments. Not only that, the lecturers in the Social Welfare Study Program in carrying out administration are assisted by study program administration staff and laboratory assistants. The lecturers employed are seen by adjusting the various qualifications available with customized expertise in various fields of study. Social Welfare Study Program lecturers have good qualifications in teaching methods as well as in conducting research and community service. The Social Welfare Study Program regularly evaluates the number of lecturers and students to maintain the ratio. Evaluations are conducted not only for the ratio, but also for personal development, teaching methods, collaborative research, careers, and other operational matters. Regular evaluation aims to improve the quality standards of the study program.
